Returns & Exchanges

We want your shopping experience to be as enjoyable as possible, so if you are not completely satisfied with your item/s, we will happily offer an exchange or credit note on your purchase. However, this does exclude earrings, we cannot accept returns for hygienic reasons. Please also note that we do not offer any exchanges, refunds or credit notes on discounted items and custom pieces.


RETURNS 

 Items must be returned unworn, in their original packaging, with all tags, cards and boxes/pouches included. Returns that are received in an unsatisfactory condition or lost in the mail (please ensure you get a tracking number) will not be accepted and Tilla reserves the right to refuse a return, if items are not in original condition. 


EXCHANGES

If you wish to exchange your purchase for another item, please clearly specify this on the returns/exchanges form and include a prepaid satchel with the items and all relevant boxes/pouches and tags. Once we receive your items, please allow up to 5 business days for your exchange to be processed. 


RETURNS & EXCHANGES PROCESS

We offer returns and exchanges for a change of mind within 30 days from the date of the receipt.
